STORE POLICIES

We hope you love your Fahluv.com purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so within 7days of placing your order. If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a store credit on any regular priced items in your next order. Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. You'll have to wait until you receive your purchase and then return it. You have the option to either return your item(s) for a store credit refund once we've received your returned package or exchange your item(s). Returns will be processed as store credit only. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). You can request a return authorization form by emailing info@fahluv.com with your order number.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria

  • Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. 
  • Any style marked as final sale items cannot be returned.

  • Intimates and swimwear cannot be returned.

  • Face covers cannot be returned.

  • Jewelry cannot be returned.

  • Shoes, if shoes are not returned with the exact same style box the customer will be charged a $15 dollar return fee.

  • Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system. If you have any trouble using our automated system to access your free shipping label contact customer service for assistance.

  • Only customers in the Continental US can obtain a shipping label. 

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost. The return label cost will be deducted from the 'Refund Due' amount back to the customer.

All returns must be sent with prepaid postage; We do not accept C.O.D. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return and keeping your tracking number on hand until your return is fully processed. FAHLUV is not responsible for lost shipments. Please make sure you include your packing slip and please note your order number on the outside of the package
